For confectionery production big conveyors lines are used, they performed a great number of operations. Product cooling process is going in several stages and in different sequences:
- cooled tables (contact cooling),
- cooling tunnels (air cooling),
- cooling chambers with vertical conveyor.
For manufacturers of such lines our company is proposed mutual project engineering development:
- heat calculation ( heat load on cooling equipment, calculation of product cooling time),
- choosing of air cooler (with necessary air flow rate),
- optimization of hydraulic shematic for cooling agent,
- connection of cooling equipment to control systems.
For confectionary factories we are proposed the following:
- liquid coolers(chillers), pumping stations, control systems for modernization and increasing the capacity of production lines;
