Confectionery production

For confectionery production big conveyors lines are used, they performed a great number of operations. Product cooling process is going in several stages and in different sequences:

  • cooled tables (contact cooling),
  • cooling tunnels (air cooling),
  • cooling chambers with vertical conveyor.

For manufacturers of such lines our company is proposed mutual project engineering development:

  • heat calculation ( heat load on cooling equipment, calculation of product cooling time),
  • choosing of air cooler (with necessary air flow rate),
  • optimization of hydraulic shematic for cooling agent,
  • connection of cooling equipment to control systems.

For confectionary factories we are proposed the following:

  • liquid coolers(chillers), pumping stations, control systems for modernization and increasing the capacity of production lines;
  • technical maintenance of present cooling equipment.
