We ensure high-quality cooling and stable high performance of equipment for:

  • Collection, primary processing, and improvement of milk quality.
  • Reduction of somatic cell count in milk to 200-300 thousand cells. ЗAccording to European standards, no more than 250,000 somatic cells per 1 cubic centimeter are permitted.
  • Slowing down protein breakdown. One of the most valuable components of milk is protein, which contains
    sufficient amounts of all essential amino acids. Rapid protein breakdown leads to a decrease in milk quality    .
  • Decrease in milk acidity during the summer period.  The acidity of Grade I milk should be 16-18 °T, the acidity of Grade II milk should be 19-21 °T, and for protein milk, up to 25 °T.
  • Simplification of logistics. For situations where milk does not have time to cool sufficiently before shipment.

The system includes all the necessary elements for proper and long-term operation.

The elements are matched to each other and assembled into a single structure – the outdoor unit.
The outdoor unit, designed for year-round operation, is installed in an open area and does not require a cover because it has a galvanized metal frame.

Installation: after installing the units in their places, all that remains is to connect them using plastic pipes, fill them with propylene glycol, and connect the external unit to the power supply.

System completeness: the main units are supplied complete with propylene glycol solution, installation materials, and instructions.

A remote connection to the service console is required to monitor operating parameters. Operators monitor the operating parameters of the equipment and notify you in case of errors. All parameters are recorded and stored in an archive.

An optional heat exchanger is provided to obtain hot water in parallel with the cooling process, essentially providing free heating.
