Stages

1. Transfer of the terms of reference to the technical department by the sales manager

2. Design of a compressor unit by the technical department:

  • Development of freon circuits;
  • Development of electrical circuits;
  • Formation of a purchase order for components;
  • Transfer of the purchase order to the procurement department;
  • Preparation of a package of documents for transfer to production;
  • Transfer of documents for production.

3. Purchasing of components by the procurement department

4. Production:

  • Acceptance of documents from the technical department;
  • Receiving components from the warehouse;
  • Assembly of the case;
  • Installation of the main equipment of the case;
  • Assembly of the freon circuit;
  • Insulation of pipelines;
  • Pressurization of the freon circuit;
  • Checking the chiller by the quality control department.

5. Production testing of the compressor unit:

  • Setting up controller parameters;

6. Shipment of the compressor unit:

  • Preparation of the compressor unit for shipment;
  • Packing the compressor unit in cardboard and stretch film;
  • Shipment of the compressor unit to the customer.
